5- Minute Apple Cider  Vinaigrette in the Blender

This apple cider vinaigrette recipe mixes up in the blender  in 5 minutes.

It has the flavors of a traditional vinaigrette and is perfectly  tart and sweet.


Ingredients apple cider vinegar shallot • garlic • agave mustard powder • salt • pepper extra virgin olive oil • oil

Ingredient Notes

Fresh shallot & garlic: Feel free to add more or less based on your like/dislikes. It's not necessary to  be super exact.


The combo of EV olive oil & a neutral oil (sunflower, canola, avocado, etc) reduces  bitterness & helps prevent it turning solid when chilled.

Place all ingredients except  the oils into the blender.  Note: A high powered blender  is not needed. Even a smoothie blender will work.

Blend on high for 10 seconds.  In most blenders, this is enough to liquefy the shallot and garlic.

Add the extra virgin olive oil  and the oil

Blend for about ten seconds  or until the mixture is  evenly combined.

Refrigerate after 24 hours and shake well before pouring.
