Ingredients soft unsalted butter sugar • egg • milk vanilla • gluten-free flour Ingredients must be at room temperature for proper results.
In a large mixing bowl, cream the soft butter and sugar. Start on low speed, then beat on high for at least 1 1/2 minutes.
Add the egg, milk and vanilla. Beat on high until the mixture is smooth.
Add the gf flour and beat just until combined. Too much mixing will create air pockets, not good for these cookies!
Put the dough in a pastry bag with a star tip. Hold the bag vertically and pipe a small, tight circle. Release pressure on the bag as you complete the circle.
