5 Minute, Fluffy Gluten-Free  Chocolate Mug Cake

This gluten-fee chocolate mug cake is moist, fluffy and  ready from start to finish  in just 5 minutes

Ingredients gf flour • cocoa powder sugar • baking powder milk (dairy-free ok) • oil

Use a 12 ounce mug and add the gf flour, cocoa powder, sugar and baking powder.

Mix thoroughly with a fork to  be sure that all the clumps  of flour are broken up.

Push the mixture to the sides  of the mug to create a well  in the middle.

Add the milk and oil and stir  with a spoon. Scoop to the  bottom to be sure that all  the dry ingredients  are mixed in.
