Fluffy Gluten-Free  Cranberry Orange Muffins

These gluten-free cranberry orange muffins are fluffy, moist and perfectly sweet.


Instructions for using fresh, frozen or dried cranberries  included in the recipe  linked below.

Ingredients cranberries • powdered sugar  fresh orange • oil • eggs •  sour cream • sugar • salt  gf flour • baking powder

Toss the fresh cranberries with powdered sugar until they  are well coated. Skip this step for frozen or dried cranberries.

Zest the orange into a large  mixing bowl. A microplane  works best. Then cut the orange  in half and squeeze to get  3 TBSP juice.
