Super Moist and Tender  Gluten-Free  Red Velvet Cake

This gluten-free red velvet cake is super moist and fluffy. Top  it with cream cheese frosting  for the red velvet cake  you've been craving.

The recipe can be mixed with an electric or stand mixer or by hand with a whisk and rubber spatula.

Ingredients

gluten-free flour blend unsweetened cocoa powder baking powder • baking soda eggs • oil • red food coloring white vinegar • salt • sugar buttermilk

Sift the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and soda into a medium sized mixing bowl.

In a large mixing bowl. beat  the eggs, oil, red food  coloring, vinegar and salt.

Add the sugar and beat thoroughly.

Add the flour mixture and stir with a rubber spatula or wooden spoon or on low with electric mixer. Mix until most of the dry ingredients are incorporated.
