Ingredients basmati rice • low-sodium broth gluten-free capellini • oil • butter onion powder • garlic powder salt • pepper • green onion fresh parsley
Place the rice in a strainer and rinse under cold water for 30 seconds. Then gently shake the strainer to release the water.
Place a 2-3 qt. pot over med-high heat and add the oil. Add the noodles and stir constantly until they begin to turn brown.
Add the rice and cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly. This will toast the rice and bring out its nutty flavor. Then add the butter and spices.
