Ingredients fresh strawberries eggs • oil • milk • vanilla sugar • salt • flour baking powder
Trim the stems from the strawberries and cut in quarters. Then pulse 10-12 times in the food processor. It should be like slightly chunky salsa - do not liquefy.
In a large mixing bowl: eggs, oil, milk, chopped strawberry, vanilla, sugar and salt.
Mix until it's smooth and uniform. Then add half of the flour.
