Gluten-Free  Vanilla Almond Flour Cake

Ingredients eggs • agave • oil milk • vanilla • salt almond flour baking powder

*Dairy-free milk subs are okay. Use super-fine blanched  almond flour.

In a large mixing bowl, beat the eggs, agave and oil until the mixture is foamy.

Add the milk, vanilla and salt  and beat thoroughly until  the mixture is foamy.  This air will help make  the cake  fluffier.

Add the almond flour and  baking powder and beat  until the batter is creamy.
