Moist Gluten-Free Dairy-Free Vanilla Cake

This gluten-free vanilla cake is fluffy, moist and is easily made dairy-free. The easy recipe mixes up in less than 10 minutes.

The cake is perfect for birthdays and any other celebration.

Ingredients

sugar dairy-free milk substitute oil vanilla eggs flour baking powder salt

Place the liquid ingredients in a large mixing bowl and beat until smooth.

Add the flour, baking powder  and salt and fold in.

Beat with a whisk until smooth.

Use a measuring cup for even layers - 2.5 c per layer.
