This recipe for gluten-free lasagna uses Barilla gluten-free lasagna sheets. It layers ricotta, parmesan and mozzarella for lots of cheesy goodness.
Ingredients: marinara sauce • tomato paste low-sodium broth • fresh basil ricotta cheese • eggs • parmesan Italian seasoning • salt • pepper mozzarella • lasagna noodles
In a medium sized mixing bowl: Mix the tomato paste and broth together until smooth. Then mix in the marinara.
In a large mixing bowl: ricotta cheese, eggs, parmesan, chopped basil, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper
Mix thoroughly with a whisk or fork until it is evenly combined.
Spread the marinara mixture in the pan. Add noodles (best to leave space between them). Spread ricotta mixture and top with mozzarella and parmesan.
Repeat: sauce, noodles, ricotta mixture, mozzarella, parmesan.
