Moist, Fluffy Mango  Upside Down Cake (Gluten-Free)

This mango upside  down cake is a fun delicious cake for  any occasion.

The easy cake recipe mixes up in just a few minutes with a whisk and rubber spatula. No mixer needed.

butter or vegan butter brown sugar 2 mangoes


Mango Top

gluten-free flour sugar baking powder salt yogurt oil eggs vanilla


Remove the skin from the mango

Cut into 1/4 inch slices.

Grease the pan.  Add melted brown sugar and butter.

Arrange the mango slices in the cake pan.
