butternut squash low sodium broth pamesan (vegan ok) or nutritional yeast ev olive oil dried Italian seasoning lemon juice (optional) salt granulated onion & garlic


Use freh herbs instead of dried if desired

Omit garlic if needed, and use lower acid chopped green onion in place of granulated.

Peel and cube butternut squash or use fresh or frozen cubed

Place on a sheet pan and bake 20 minutes at 400F

Blend with broth, parmesan or nutritional yeast, Italian seasoning, garlic & onion powders, olive oil

Taste and add more salt or seasoning if needed
