These peanut butter whiskey cookies are gluten-free, soft and a little boozy.
Ingredients natural peanut butter unsalted soft butter sugar & brown sugar egg peanut butter whiskey gf flour baking soda & salt
Cream the peanut butter, butter, sugar and brown sugar until smooth.
Add the egg and beat briefly. Don't overmix.
Add the peanut butter whiskey and beat lightly.
Add the flour, baking soda and salt and beat to combine.
Scoop or spoon about 2 tablespoons of dough per cookie. Then score with a fork.
Bake 10 minutes. Don't be tempted to overbake.
Top with a simple whiskey-powdered sugar icing for more boozy flavor.
