Easy, 7-Minute  Raspberry Vinaigrette

This raspberry vinaigrette dressing mixes up in just 7 minutes. Use frozen or fresh raspberries for this recipe.

Ingredients raspberries • vinegar EV olive oil • neutral oil agave • salt

Blend the raspberries and vinegar until pureed. Blend  at least 30 seconds.

Pour the blended mixture into a fine mesh strainer over a bowl.  Stir and press until you are left with mostly seeds.

Note The remaining steps are shown being mixed with a whisk. But you can also use the blender. Rinse out  the blender to  remove the remaining seeds, add all of the ingredients  and blend on high.
