Creamy Sweet Potato Frosting (no cane sugar)

This sweet potato frosting  has just four ingredients. No cane sugar, no powdered sugar.

It's super creamy and perfect on  carrot cake, spice cake and  vanilla cake.


warm baked sweet potato (yam) maple syrup  melted butter cream cheese

baked sweet potato/yam maple syrup or agave melted butter

Blend for one full minute to be sure the mixture  is smooth.

Let cool 10-15 minutes or longer  if your sweet potato was HOT  when added,. 

VERY soft, room temp cream cheese

Cool or chill in the refrigerator to allow it to firm up.

To use this frosting for piping, chill at least 2 hours
