This sweet potato frosting has just four ingredients. No cane sugar, no powdered sugar.
It's super creamy and perfect on carrot cake, spice cake and vanilla cake.
warm baked sweet potato (yam) maple syrup melted butter cream cheese
baked sweet potato/yam maple syrup or agave melted butter
Let cool 10-15 minutes or longer if your sweet potato was HOT when added,.
Cool or chill in the refrigerator to allow it to firm up.
To use this frosting for piping, chill at least 2 hours
