Corn with Lime Butter
Servings: 1 /4 cup
Corn and lime is such an amazing combination. This corn with lime butter is so simple but big on flavor.
- 6 ears of corn
- zest of one lime
- 4 tbsps unsalted butter
- pinch of salt
- chopped cilantro
Place all the ingredients in a small pot and heat very gently over the lowest flame.
Stir it well and remove from the heat as soon as the butter is melted.
For corn on the cob, you can refrigerate the butter in a nice dish to solidify it
If using cut corn add the butter as soon as it is melted and toss with some chopped cilantro.
