Corn with Lime Butter

Corn and lime is such an amazing combination. This corn with lime butter is so simple but big on flavor.

  • 6 ears of corn
  • zest of one lime
  • 4 tbsps unsalted butter
  • pinch of salt
  • chopped cilantro


  • Place all the ingredients in a small pot and heat very gently over the lowest flame.
  • Stir it well and remove from the heat as soon as the butter is melted.
  • For corn on the cob, you can refrigerate the butter in a nice dish to solidify it
  • If using cut corn add the butter as soon as it is melted and toss with some chopped cilantro.
